Get Repped Now!
As many of you already know, Get Repped Now is back and now it’s year-round. If you score a “consider for script” or better (appx the top 2-3% of submissions,) your screenplay will advance to our manager panel. We’ve got writers signed the last five years straight.
Our First Consider
Boom, right out of the gate! We only launched Get Repped Now a few weeks ago, and screenwriter/director Adam Finberg has already landed a coveted “consider” for script. UNWELLNESS is an investigative drama based on a true story that follows three converging lives pulled into the orbit of a billion-dollar healthcare fraud operation where patients are dying and no one is being held accountable: a Texas mother who sends her struggling daughter to what she believes is a top treatment center, an insurance fraud investigator tracking the money, and an insider who can no longer look away. We will present his 1-hr drama pilot to our manager panel in September with our recommendation. The Phoenix-based AFI directing program and Northwestern writing program grad, who also works as an editor, says this project has been brewing for a while. We can’t wait to take the script to our manager panel. Crackling writing, solid investigative drama, and lots of white on the page. Congrats and way to go, Adam!
