CANCELLATION POLICY

STANDARD ANALYSIS (10-day turnaround)

You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours (2 days) of submission. After 72 hours we are unable to cancel since the script will have already been assigned and the reader will already be reading and writing up their thoughts.

SEMI-RUSH ANALYSIS (5-day turnaround)

You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of submission. Due to the tight turnaround, readers generally begin work right away. Once the reader begins working we cannot cancel.

RUSH ANALYSIS (2-3 day turnaround)

Cancellations are not generally allowed; however, check with us and if the reader has not begun reading yet we will allow it.
